Josette Oberholzer holds a Master of Science degree and has 9 years experience working in the field of environmental impact assessment. She is also certified as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner with the Interim Certification Board for Environmental Assessment Practitioners of South Africa (EAPSA).
Iain Jourdan holds an Honours degree in Geographical Sciences and Environmental Management and has 5 years experience in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment. Iain also has a year’s worth of construction experience which has given him unique insight into the challenges faced when balancing the needs of the environment versus those of development.
Both Iain and Josette are experienced and familiar with running both Basic Assessment and Scoping & EIA applications and between them have managed several hundred projects from start to finish. The range of projects they have worked on covers green fields developments including up market residential housing, filling station applications, commercial and warehousing developments as well as subsidised housing developments. They are also experienced in handling industrial projects at varying levels of complexity.
